Inclusive Micro Small Medium Enterprise Development Project, funded by ADB had conducted a two-day internal team workshop in Hulhule Island Hotel, Maldives on 6th and 7th September 2015 to discuss on the project progress since its inception in March 2015 and address the challenges and constraints faced during the implementation.
The workshop was planned in a time when all the national and international team members were present on field (Male, Maldives) with the 4 international consultants, including the team leader and along with the Project Manager for the project from e.Gen joining the 2-day workshop.
During the workshop, the team had also prepared a presentation on the progress so far and challenges, which were presented to the ADB Mission, headed by Ms. Natalie D. Bertsch, project officer for the IMSMED Project on 9th September 2015. The team had a fruitful discussion with the ADB mission regarding the project components and discussions on way forwards.
Mr. Faisal Rabbi, the project manager for the project from e.gen and Mr. Mark Van Steenwyk, the team leader of IMSMEDP had also met with the Minister of Ministry of Economic Development and the Project Director to discuss with them the project progress and find resolutions for the challenges and constraints during the implementation.
